Management Fees

We do not offer performance-based fee arrangements. Our management fees are typically billed directly to the portfolio on a quarterly basis in advance, based on the market value of assets at the beginning of the quarter.

The client is responsible for both brokerage commissions and custodial fees. We typically execute trades in large blocks, which, in addition to our low turnover rates, keep aggregate brokerage commissions at low levels.

Other than our management fees, the brokers’ commissions and custodial fees, there are no other fees related to our services.
